Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are separable into the components: cup (outer ring), cone (inner ring) and conical roller, therefor, the cone assemblies and cups can be mounted independently. Tapered roller bearings are designed to optimize rolling, as the extended lines of the raceways and the centerline of the rollers meet at one point on the axis of the bearing and therefore low frictional moments during operation. Tapered roller bearings are suitable for combined (axial and radial) loading applications. Tapered roller bearings support radial loads and axial loads from one direction only. Generally, tapered roller bearings do not allow any angle error, but the surface of roller and raceway can allow 2′~4′ angle error after a special design. Tapered roller bearings have single row, double row and four row designs. We manufacture both metric and inch size tapered roller bearings.
